Ecstatic Dance
As an Ecstatic Dance facilitator, I create a space where movement becomes a gateway to freedom, expression, and deep connection. My approach is rooted in my love for guiding others through thresholds—whether in nature, life, or the self. I believe that dance is a powerful form of transformation, a way to shed layers, release stagnant energy, and step into embodied truth. With a deep reverence for the body’s wisdom, I invite participants to move without inhibition, allowing rhythm and intuition to lead the way. There is no choreography, no expectation—only an open container where every movement is valid, and every emotion has a place to unfold.
My background in outdoor leadership, death work, and somatic awareness informs how I hold space. I approach Ecstatic Dance with the same care and intention I bring to all my work—creating a container of safety, presence, and radical acceptance. Whether you are moving through grief, joy, transition, or simply seeking a place to let go, you are welcome here. The dance floor becomes a sacred space for self-discovery, collective energy, and healing through movement. My highest hope is that when you step into this space, you will feel free—free to express, to release, to connect, and to remember the wisdom of your own body.

"Ecstatic Dance with Teresa was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I walked in feeling heavy and left feeling light, free, and deeply connected to myself. The space was welcoming, the music was transformative, and I felt completely safe to move however my body needed. I can’t wait to dance again!"

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and an open heart. If you’d like, a small journal can be helpful for reflections after the dance. Most importantly, bring a willingness to move, feel, and explore.
